Pros

Great management who use common sense. Good hours of work. 10-7 shifts, 2 days off a week. competitive pay, Great commission structure.

Cons

High targets, everyone in the club are trained to sell so when your not there they can take walk ins, even if your showing someone else around. So you miss out on some money.

Advice to Management

Keep Norwich branch open!! Its a fantastic club with great team members!

    Pros

They pay on time, free gym use, increase your social circle through clients as a personal trainer, good training programs for personal trainers.

    Cons

You are given a quota or as they call "packages" to sell as a personal trainer to clients. Miss your quota and it gets carried over to the next month, miss a couple of months and you get transferred or push you to resign.

    Advice to Management

Re-structure the programs for personal trainers, most personal trainers are ill treated by the fitness managers by not meeting their quotas.

  2. Salary was very good before. Then after Landmark took over the ownership, everything changes. They cut the commission off.
