For the pay and the lack of raises due to a taking over of corporate, it's not really worth it to work here.

Still fighting for a yearly raise
Hard work, especially when it gets busy and if you work on grill

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need to give the employees a raise so there isn't so much laziness. It would boost morale because people would actually care about their job.
