Too big to care?

Community Management (Current Employee) San Diego, CA

ProsI'm having trouble finding any pros...

Cons"Where to start, extreme workload (both physical and clerical), unrecognized employees who really care and excel. Very small increase in pay each year does not keep up with cost of living increase. Profit driven rather than care driven, too bad, they throw away a lot of good employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementA complete change in vision, let the care of our much deserving (and do they ever pay for the care they do receive) elderly residents guide your company's vision, and your almighty profit will surely follow.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
