Pros

one of the company adopted early Saas cloud based architecture with java and VoIP technologies. The company has on demand on-call center software to easy to setup call center.

Cons

The company vision was not clear, too many business change, no respect to people even founders who are main architect of the product got fired.

    Pros

    - front edge of technology and market, perspective telecom project
    - high-skilled professionals behind desk next to yours, always ready to help
    - nice and comfortable place to work, tea and coffee included :-)

    Cons

    - some hard work may become useless (cancelled)
    - some third-party products used are not so good as expected
    - no free beer at work place:-)

    Listen to your employees: they have much valuable experience - sometimes quite more than you.

    Don't assume your employees do things for certain reasons...ask them their reasoning for why they do what they do and you may be surprised how loyal they are to you and your organization when the appearance of what they did have seemed to send the opposite message.
