Current Employee – been working at Flagstar Bancorp

Pros – The people you work with along with a decent benefits plan and average vacation time.

Cons – Family owned and managed which allows for tough advancement into senior management if you are not a close family friend.

Advice to Senior Management – To many bad business decision shot from the hip have cost your company great loss. Maybe by interacting with employees and following common business practices that have been proven to work you would not be in the mess you are in. I have seen alot of the finest employees leave or be let go by a management team that has no idea of the great talent they let go.
