“Good people but no room to grow”
Current Employee – been working at Flagstar Bancorp full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good people, flexible hours, nice building
Cons – No where to grow unless you are in with upper management.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
