I have been working at Flanders full-time

    Pros

The owners have a great moral compass.

    Cons

The company as a hole needs to follow up with internal guild-lines and procedures. It would reduce rumors if we had information in writing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Connect more with employees, one on one or in small informal groups.

I worked at Flanders full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Fantastic people who truly care about the work they provide and believing that they make a difference. Great mid-level managers that are extremely overworked

    Cons

Upper management that has spent too much time and money on R&D. Too much change and indecisiveness decisions on management roles. Hiring people into Senior level management positions that are unqualified.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back to your values and focus on the aspects that made Flanders a great name.
