Flat Out Crazy Employee Review

I have been working at Flat Out Crazy

Pros – Pleasant atmosphere, with personable co-workers , respectful management and great , but inconsistent , food.

Cons – Poor scheduling with too many employees on the floor , unfair tip out policy, poorly organized work stations.

Advice to Senior Management – Reward employees that go above and beyond with positive verbal feed back as well as employee incentive programs.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
