Pros

The people, product, and the pay structure were all great at one time. It is a great industry to work in as it is a life changing product and one that is a dream purchase for many.

Cons

Sink or swim, either you survive or not. There was very little training for anything and if results weren't created there were layoffs and firings. As a publicly held company pressure was from everywhere to produce...produce the best product, produce themost efficient systems, produce the highest sales, etc. It was great when money flowed and meetings were in Vegas and entertainment could include nice dinners and such, but since the bad investments that lost hundreds of millions of cash reserves and increased debt...the company will now fold.
