Unfortunately, at the San Diego office, there were times that there wasn't enough work to do.

    trainings organised all over the year

    too competitive
    expected to socialize with colleagues after work
    trainees and juniors are overworked
    expected to "sell" yourself very well
    crucial to get along well with the head of the team
