Current Employee – been working at Flextronics full-time for more than a year

Pros – The organization has rich values and little red tapes. A career here has enhanced my professional skills such as computers, documents and communication etiquette. So far as my experience had been, the contribution to a team was material and none otherwise.

Cons – As far as my experience goes, I would say, the management has to be little more aware of workforce workload balance in order to make the working experience enjoyable.
