“No work/life balance & career growth”
I worked at Flextronics full-time for more than a year
Pros – Able to expose under working environment of multi-culture
Cons – Strong office politic and military style management. Engineer bears Unreasonable workload at environment where teamwork & integrity is lacking.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay respect to employee & their welfare. Be reasonable & neutral. Pay attention on the root cause of high turn over rate
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
