I worked at Flextronics full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Dress code and facility.
You can wear business casual all the days in a week
Pick and drop facility available

Cons

Poor training
No Standard learning documents for new comers
Politics
No fun at work
Existing employees wont help freshers and new comers
Very poor leadership
TL's and managers wont listen to employees problem
poor work environment.
Need to transform from paper work to systematic.
Unrealistic targets set for all the employees etccccccccccccccc.

Please focus in the cons to survive.

    I worked at Flextronics full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Tons of exposure to learn new things by yourself.
    The way all business verticals are handled provides a lot of insights on different markets.
    A great place for a first job/internship as you can learn new things for future roles/responsibilities.

    Cons

    As the nature of the company is to be a contract manufacturer, you depend of the will of the customer. No matter if they are right or wrong.
    There is a big culture of "escalate to the next hierarchical level" to get things done. Even if the things are working or happening.
    No matter what your role is for the company, you need to be available full time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't try to please the customers so hard. Contract Manufacturing is a hard business and it can be harder if there is no back up from management when working with customer requirements.
