Best relaxed work environment for every days job.

Cons

Not much career growth for some one if he is dynamic and enterprising

Should encourage innovative and creative talent, rather than doing the job repeatedly without putting much brain in it.

    I worked at Flextronics

    Pros

    Overtime ... working for Verizon Wireless you get alot of overtime as a technician due to new phones constantly coming out as well as the crappy phones they sell you always have work to do

    Cons

    Pay not commensurate with the job
    VZW and Flex management play favorites
    Unfair policies ... such as bonuses, time off, contact with upper management and HR

    Listen and support your people.
    Pay more

    Pros

    work in air conditioning
    builds up your professional work attire closet
    schedule is set a month in advance

    Cons

    When you work overtime for them, they feel as though they are doing you a favor allowing you to work
    When someone quits and just walks out, they wait atleast a month before they are considered fired. They put them on LOA until they come back and then fire them leaving the rest of the employees stranded and overworked with no reward

    Show some appreciation to your employees
