Advice to ManagementAdvice

Run a DSC before trying to show someone else how to run one. There's a difference between copying and pasting reports and working face to face on a daily basis in a DSC.

    Pros

Big company, different opportunities to work in different countries or within different divisions. They rotate senior management from project to project, always variety.

    Cons

It's a big company, sometimes things move slow. They have websense which is annoying, they use kronos which isn't great. Other than that it's fine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is fine, not really too hands on for my office since they were based out of Beijing, but they weren't too bad.

    I worked at Flextronics

    Pros

-Fun to work in a corporate Verizon store as a technician. The employees were laid back.
-You acquire advanced knowledge of phone troubleshooting. You are able to help people outside of work on problems.

    Cons

    -Unnecessary Micromanagement
-The Field Team Supervisor (your manager) is just there to babysit and make the schedule. He has no real power to do anything.

    No opinion of CEO
