Current Employee – been working at Flextronics

Pros – Good infrastructure with lots of IT support on self develop application, many support from Quality, testing and engineering

Cons – Lack Management attention in key area, PM support is very limited on many programs, each function manager not involve too much in the customer relation

Advice to Senior Management – Better resource planning and focus more on people, need more PM support on program instead on relying engineering, need more communication with customer to give clear direction to each functional group on customer requirement
