Pros – Many opportunities for career growth. Compensation is very competitive. Company is committed to health and personal wellness. New CEO is making very positive changes to corporate culture. Employees are valued. Company is actively involved in the community.
Cons – Some areas of the company are bogged down in inefficient processes. Information Technology area is bloated and tends to want to drive the business.
