In this economy, its safe to work here, you would hardly get laid off,
good benefits
you could slack and not be observed
not much work pressure

Cons

Very incompetent people that work here so if you know a little bit you could be a star
one person runs the show
no responsibilities to the employees, few people at the upper management make decisions and the rest of the employed have to follow the orders.
Will not recommend this place unless you absolutely o not have a job.

Advice to Senior Management

Think outside the box. Hire some fresh blood. 80% of the upper level management has been working in the company for 25+ years so no new ideas are encouraged. Management has some pretty draconian rules. Management screws big time making foolish decisions and still no accountability.
