“Not a good place to work if you want to get ahead and excel.”
Current Employee – been working at Florida Power & Light
Pros – You live in south Florida. The job is easy to learn. you are treated with respect all the times.
Cons – No room for growth. Your bonus is determined on whether the managers like you, not by what you have accomplished. Promotions are based on your appearance rather than your ability to perform the job, in some departments. No interest in keeping talented individuals or motivating individuals.
Advice to Senior Management – Use your brains...
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
