GOOD IF YOU KNOW THE RIGHT PEOPLE

Assistant Professor (Current Employee) Tallahassee, FL

Prosyou get a lot of freedom, which is really nice. I like the people, but with everything there is a lot politics. So, just play the game and you will be fine.

Conswe had really small offices didnt get a rise in the pst threeyears and there are no raieses expected in teh immediate futhers. it really was tragic. Plus new hires are hired on at significantly higher rates than existing peope

Advice to Senior Managementdont run your own political agenda, it is unflatters and doesnt look good. give more reivews of faculty and attend more classes.
