The cure for the common big bio job.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) South San Francisco, CA

ProsFluidigm is still small enough that everyone wears multiple hats and thus offers employees the opportunities to move across different parts of the company. Fluidigm leadership is great at recognizing the potential of their employees and encourages them to move in a new direction. This is a great place to explore your abilities and get the chance to try something new.

ConsMultiple hats means many of us seem/are overburdened. This is a place for those seeking a dynamic environment not for those who enjoy being a cog in the company wheel.
