I have been working at Fluke Networks full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Most of the non-management employees try to do the right thing. You can choose from lots of empty offices and empty parking places. Many opportunities for brown nosers.

    Cons

Layoffs are constant. Vacations are forced or taken away. Benefits get worse annually. Management is based on ignorance. More downsizing is certain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The senior management hires of 2010 and 2011 were colossal blunders. Unless those losers get rooted out the collapse of this business will continue.

I worked at Fluke Networks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Smart people, out of the box thinking, nice work environment, treated people fairly and respectfully.

    Cons

They moved to Georgia and I didn't want to relocate. I thought they were a bit too conservative in rolling out new technology and enhancements for the client I worked on.
