I have been working at Fluor

Pros

Fluor has a very well structured knowledge sharing system and is focused on excellence of service to their clients. They have a strong core/knowledge base with good processes and procedures in place

Cons

Fluor can be too rigid in its stance at times... this I believe is down to the many long time employees who havwe worked for Fluor all their career and has not experienced other companies; they are now in key management roles. This leads to a sense of arrogance that can be experienced by outside parties

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is very important to bring fresh blood into management. People who have experienced different company cultures and have seen other ways to achieve client objectives.
