Pros – As a global company, you have the opportunity to take your career in many directions and even to far-flung global locations, if you desire. Being a part of Fluor can open other doors as well.

Cons – As with many older, large enterprises, there is a certain amount of bureaucracy that you have to deal with. This can be frustrating.

Advice to Senior Management – Fluor tends to think of IT as very unique, and we create problems for ourselves by being overly cautious. We need to be more agile in adopting technology.
