    Pros

    - Well laid out procedures for work execution
    - Very good for learning technical things (at the start of your career)
    - well laid out training programs

    Cons

    - It used to have great people in Indian management, But now Indian management not good.
    - Management compromising on skilled labor, Hiring more unskilled labor on lower salaries ultimately increasing work pressure on skilled labor.
    - Low salaries for permanent employees.
    - Opportunities are limited to selected few, based on their native place and language.
    - The Moment Indian Management come in to force, (ie. after Michel Gaw & Tony) Fluor India became more about politics and Favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Do not dictate your own "will" by confusing it with company's policies. You should convey what is on papers. Follow the system which is already laid for providing Equal opportunities to all employees based on there level.
