I worked at Fluor full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

-Excellent compensation and benefits
-Work/life balance is highly promoted
-Big client base with lots of projects = lots of work
-Lots of overtime opportunities if you want extra cash

Cons

-Project-based work = lots of lay offs during economy downturns
-If hired as a contractor, it takes a lot of doing to become staff (depending on position)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, but help contractors become staff so they stay loyal to Fluor.

    Pros

    The working environment at company is very good and better than most of the competitors in the market. Organisation provides ample opportunities for growth.

    Cons

    The tasks assigned can be a bit more diverse in nature. The remuneration does not vary much among people with same years of experience. It could be among the pros for some and among the cons for some of us.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The total bonus should be given at the end of financial year with march month salary. salary bar should be raised.
