Pros

Is a place with a good environment and a good pay. They give you a really organize and complete guidelines that help you do your job.

Cons

Is a work that if the oil's company's are doing good you don't have to worry about but if the oil price go down they are going to do a massive layoff.

Advice to Management

Try to make a more stable environment trying to diversify the types od jobs.

    large company the reality is that you are just one tiny gear in the huge machine large projects mean some boredom at work

    Pros

    - Good Slaries overall. - Raises are based on performance and not so much pleasing shareholders. - A global presence allowing favorable work assignments in general.

    Cons

    - No substantial effort to keep emplyees during downturns - A jump from middle to upper management is usually a long painfull process - Excessive submission to Client's requests in terms of deliverables, especially timing. - Career development plans and programs that look good on paper but hard to execute

    Advice to Management

    - There should be an allocation of funds for continuous training and career development plans during the downturns. - There is nothing wrong with getting kick-out of a project by the client for trying to do the "right" thing
