I have been working at Fluor

    Pros

We design and construct things all over the world. You're always working on something different, and you know you're helping communities and people with the work you do.

    Cons

If you're a construction designer or engineer of some sort, than you always have the possibility of being let go during a down-trend, but... you probably already know that as it comes with the profession, not the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Target more clean / green work.
