Pros – Good flexibility. Free gym located on site for employees. Relaxed atmosphere and business casual dress. Good amount of promotion opportunities within the firm. Attorneys are given ownership of files, ample client contact and significant court experience very early in their career.

Cons – Pay is lower than at other comparable law firms. At times, expectations for employees may be unclear or entirely unknown to the employee.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to strive to maintain the laid back and flexible work environment the firm was founded on as it seems to be slowly slipping away.
