The benefits are wonderful...The opportunities for a career are great...friendly laid back environment...get to know your customers...recognition for doing a good job...respected

Cons

working holidays of course...hard to get a raise...unless getting a promotion...if they want to promote you then you need to tell them what pay you want for the promotion..they will usually give it to you.

Advice to Senior Management

The store needs to look for better opportunities to better the company moral...get the employees a litlte more excited about bettering the sales.
