    Pros

Stores newly built are nice, that's about it.

    Cons

Company is weak, the only thing holding them up is building in small towns that only have convenience stores to shop, recently Food Lion closed most of there southern market stores putting hundreds out of a job, literally from one day to the next, severance pay was a joke.

    Advice to Management

Take care of the people who make things happen, stop the fear tactics and threats, promote and pay and play fair, stop taking vendor perks under the table (example) game tickets, dinners, TVs
