The "politics" in Foot Locker are horrible, and there is a great lack of respect and recognition for the honorable work ethics that take place for the company.

Advice to Senior Management

management should treat their employees better and the DMs should also treat their managers better. Theres ways to do things and theres ways not too, and I think this company likes option #2 better......
