Athletic environment, cool shoes and sports apparel, good employee discount, upper management is good, plenty of opportunity for advancement

Cons

Long hours sometimes for managers, most stores only have two keyholders, inclucing store manager. If assistant manager is on vacation, store manager works open to close for a week, and vice-versa. Company wants music to be played very loudly, hard to talk to customers when it's that loud. Shoes and jerseys are highly desired by teens and twenties, high theft in some stores.
