I have been working at Foothill
Pros – Good place to work. Very good benefits and more holidays. Compensation is decent compare to private companies. This is the place where you can balance your work and family life. The career growth may be limited for tech jobs. There is fairness and respect fro the employees. Salary raises are bases on steps. Medical benefits are good. Retirement plan is great. Good campus location.
Cons – You can not get promotion etc as this is public
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage good employees
