Force 3 Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Force 3

Pros – easy commute to office, decent pay and benefits, access to latest technology, not much in the pro department to be honest

Cons – Nervous the entire time you work there because of the alarming amount of employee turnovers. Leaves you constantly wondering when you will be eliminated. When being recruited/interviewed you are told of training budgets, that you never get access to. You are told that they support you in obtaining technical certs, but they really dont. You get ONE paid attempt by the company at a test and no reimbursement for training materials! This is a 270+ million dollar company? Wow!

Advice to Senior Management – practice what you preach, be more understanding of employees personal life, support the professional growth of your people, hold your managers accountable
