I have been working at Force 3

Pros

Their business model of cranking out equipment quotes for Cisco is very good.

Cons

They have not turned the corner of being a value added service provider or integrator.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about buying a small integrator or getting out of of services business entirely.

    I worked at Force 3

    Pros

Recently invoked telework (however, not available to all employee's).

    Cons

Unprofessional work environment. Senior management frequently gives the cold shoulder. A ton of employee turnovers. Very questionable ethics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people with respect and professionalism. Game playing and the consumption of alcohol does belong in the work place.

    I worked at Force 3

    Pros

This is a fun company to work for and interesting work as well. The people that work there are for the most part friendly and easy to work with. Force 3 is a small company with a family-like atmosphere. Rewards are given freely for good work, both individually and as a team. There is a lot of emphasis on good team building via fun team events and training.

    Cons

If you don't carry your weight or are not particularly likeable be prepared to be talked about openly when you are not around.
    Small company
    Limited advancement opportunities
Folks are territorial when it comes to work responsibilities (ties in with limited advancement)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue fostering a fun and family-like work environment.
