“Hypocritical with Real Culture of Intimidation”
I have been working at Ford Foundation
Pros – Great building with free parking; 3% raise per annum with a very good work-life balance; people who don't know the true Ford Foundation still consider it a reputable institution.
Cons – HR has "policies," but they only apply them as and when they want to. The things that go on at this place behind closed doors would make anyone sick. There is a real culture of intimidation and the word "blackmail" was uttered on more that one occassion.
Advice to Senior Management – Really look into certain officers, how much access to information people have, and how HR is run. It's a proper mess.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
