Pros

A very diverse company to work for. Continuously bringing good performance cars in the market. In the last economic downturn Ford managed to survive without taking any tax payer money. That says a lot about the company.

Cons

Too large of a company and it takes too long to flow information down. It has the downside of any large company with the bureaucracy.

I have been working at Ford Motor Company

    Pros

great colleagues, competent and capable, moral

    Cons

toxic management practices...HR Policy is little more than "lip service" to what matters. Behavior when it counts is non-existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have the courage/character to practice what you preach....values are demonstrated not by words, but by behaviors - and the willingness to make tough, values-based decisions ... defending toxic leaders at the risk of poisoning the organizational culture is NOT CLEVER; it's BAD BUSINESS! ... it's not complicated!

    Doesn't Recommend
