    Pros

This Company provides a great work environment, work-life balance and promotes community service.

    Cons

Career progression is very slow for those who have been there for a long time. Sometimes, it is hard to understand why a Company would pay for a college degree and not utilize that employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When your employees obtain degrees and continually improve, take a look at them for advancement opportunities instead of always looking outside.
