    Pros

People are knowledgeable and are willing to help you with anything you might need. Great place to be if you like cars or manufacturing. There is a ton a job growth within this company and ways to move up into positions.

    Cons

In the summertime the assembly plants get really hot, and its like walking around in a sauna at times.

    Pros

Made a lot of money. A lot of overtime at this plant. Learned a lot while working there.

    Cons

Last assignment was plagued with equipment safety issues which management did not want spend money on to resolve. I told them someone was going to get hurt, which they did. I was made the fall guy and fired.

    Advice to Management

Walk the talk. Safety is supposed to be everyone's first priority all the time, not just when it doesn't cost too much to ensure.
