Ford Motor – “A good company in the past which is in trouble now.”

Pros

A somewhat stable domestic auto company. Good leadership. The benefits are more than fair.

Cons

The current economy makes it a very unstable environment in the auto industry as a whole, not only Ford. Also, there are too many managers in the company and even the managers know this and try to trim the vount down. So, I don't think there will be many promotional opportunities in the near future.

Advice to Senior Management

A good company. Too bad that the economy is making this company lose so much money and so many employees.
