Pros

Ford Finance is a highly regarded organization with a lot of strong processes and opportunities to learn. They like to rotate employees through different jobs every couple of years which is great for not getting stale and allowing for career development. Keeps things interesting.

Cons

The promotion track to the management level is long and hard. More formal training would be helpful to get acquainted with some of the tools and systems.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring back salaried tuition assistance...the company is losing a lot of top young talent who are choosing to go back to school full-time for MBA's. Tuition assistance is an investment in the future, especially if it retains employees who would do night classes somewhere and continue working if they could get it paid for.
