If you are passionate about cars and being on a world champion then Ford is the place for you !

Cons

Having to deal with the daily UAW mentality of "us vs them" towards management when trying to get things done....even now they STILL dont get it ! VERY SAD for the future of American Auto.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep going Mr. Mulally....focus on quality and making small effecient cars that the world is demanding....Ford will make it.....I'm sure of it !
