Pros

Management is very flexible in terms of hours. I worked a full time job during most of the weekday, and the store manager only scheduled me during the weekends.

Cons

Some of my coworkers found the position/company very tiring, as the store was busy from open to close. Most positions require one to stand and or walk around continuously for the whole shift.

Advice to Management

Better communication between the management and the sales associates can definitely help/improve the customer experience and revenue of the store.

I worked at Forever 21 full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Competetive wages and reasonable benefits. Hours for full time employees are consistent. Opportunities for internal promotion. Affords employees opportunities for personal growth through experience within a large store, with a large team.

    Cons

Part time employees cannot depend on schedule consistency. Overtime is limited. Mgmt is not given the needed tools to productively execute responsibilities. Lacks adequate training for staff. *a productive employee invests in the company. It would be nice for forever 21 to invest in their employees (through adequate training and generous employee discounts) as well as their guests (through quality product and CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED policies).

    Advice to Management

Find a company to work for that utilizes and compensates your talents!!
