I worked at Forever 21 part-time for less than a year

Pros – Management is very flexible in terms of hours. I worked a full time job during most of the weekday, and the store manager only scheduled me during the weekends.

Cons – Some of my coworkers found the position/company very tiring, as the store was busy from open to close. Most positions require one to stand and or walk around continuously for the whole shift.

Advice to Senior Management – Better communication between the management and the sales associates can definitely help/improve the customer experience and revenue of the store.
