“Growing Pains”
I worked at Forever 21 full-time for more than a year
Pros – There is definitely a lot of opportunity for growth if you stand out among your peers, but you definitely have to be willing to put up with a lot of crap in order to grow. The company is going through some growing pains, but it will definitely be better once they figure everything out.
Cons – Bad benefits, no holiday pay, very little vacation, growing pains, etc.
Advice to Senior Management – Show more appreciation to your employees, a little goes a long way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
