Pros

The managers usually allows time-off requests if it is not during holidays. The clothes are of good quality for a reasonable price

Cons

Not scheduling enough people on the weekends when it is extremely busy. You're expected to stay past your scheduled time. The managers are incompetent and lazy. They rarely hire from within the store for different positons.

Advice to Management

This store is a place of business, not a day-care center for your child to stay because you can't find a babysitter. If pregnancy and stress is the reason why you all can't perform your job, then maybe we should hire a new store manager and co-manager. If you all want us to pass our mystery shop visits then maybe you all should be on the floor giving customer service rather than having "alleged" meetings and watching the cameras for 8 hours straight.

    Pros

if you enjoy making $100 or less every 2 weeks you should work here

    Cons

small emp. dis. of 10%, unprofessional, you cant get your lunch on time, your lucky to get 12 hours a week, the claim to be Christian yet steal other designers designs. overall a BAD company

    Advice to Management

get to know your associates, cut the amount of employees and give more hours. give a better discount for workers, train sale associates better. if employees are given more hours then they will know the store layout better as well. when your associates are unhappy the tell customers NOT to work there and why... you as upper management should communicate and learn your co. cons and fix them before the associates leave and WOM gets your company a very bad name.

    Pros

At Forever 21, you get a schedule with alot of hours. They also pay above minimum stage- $10/hr for the summer. There is lack of supervision in management so you are not tightly supervised.

    Cons

There is lack of proper training and lack of properly trained upper management to train and work with new members.
