“DO NOT WORK HERE”
I worked at Forever 21 full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Experience and almost free lunch
Cons – The IT department is so poorly managed that business needs are not addressed and most projects are a failure. The company purchases bug vendors but never executes on them properly. An example is the BI project, a complete failure since the business doesn't even use properly .
Advice to Senior Management – Reorganize the IT department
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
