    Pros

Free food on Friday is a huge plus, it's gross usually but at least it is free.

    Cons

Awful management and no direction. Trying to do anything creative and move forward is impossible. I was lied to during the interview.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit being jerks.

I have been working at Forever 21 full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The Headquarters office building is nice. And the buck stops there.

    Cons

-Most of the company's leadership isn't qualified to lead others.
-Nepotism is a common practice for promotion.
-Employees don't feel valued (across the board no matter what department you work in)
-The company says one thing to get you in the door and will make changes immediately once you begin employment (such as pay, schedule, even position sometimes)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you really want to reduce your turn over ratio (which by the way is triple the national average), then take heed to what employee feedback and be willing to make the necessary changes in your leadership to further grow your company effectively.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
