Very stressful and at times petty, but can be rewarding if this is the career path you want.

I have been working at Forever 21 full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

You get to become a fast worker, and you will meet some very Awesome people.

Cons

Long random hours, petty arguments (like high school), questionable practices (managers will keep you after your schedules shifts, you will be called at random hours to support), and many managers will not help you develop leadership skills and may not have the power to help you advance your career.

    Pros

i like SOME of the people i work with, and it is mildly entertaining with people in all

    Cons

    ONLY 10% DISCOUNT
The company is kind of cheap
    always understaffed it seems like
AM's can either make or break you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

instead of barking orders and standing around, perhaps help the associates out a bit if you can.

I have been working at Forever 21 as a contractor

    Pros

gives a lot of ppl chances such as ppl with tattoos, may have a 2nd job, retirees, college students. I was hired during seasonal Christmas time and was asked to come on full time after holidays but I couldn't do the hours because it was my senior year in college

    Cons

I would come in at 2pm and not leave until 1am or 2am. Everything had to be perfect so that when the next day came we didn't have to do anything. I got stuck in the fitting room so I had to deal with most of the angry upset or over demanding ppl. 30 min lunches only

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try to schedule a shift that comes in at 6pm and then works til 1am or 2am even if the mall does close at 6pm its still better than working for almost 12 hrs
