I worked at Forever 21 part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

You get a small discount on the clothes here even though its only enough to pay for taxes

Cons

i thought working here would be a fun experience but after seeing how fake the culture was here and how the managers picked favorites and did not cater to males and minorities but only payed attention to employees who were females or homosexual. I was deeply saddened by the fake culture around not only the forever i worked at but the others in my area as well.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Forever 21 part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Starting pay was a bit higher than minimum wage at $9.50.
    - The clothing style is the best and you see it first since you work there.

    Cons

    - Management chose favorites and were rude to the rest.
    - Discount was only 10% so that wasn't even worth it.
    - I kept getting scheduled during times that I asked off because of school or my other job.
    - You have to be the one to find someone to cover your shift, if no one wants to then you can't change it.
    - On my first day, they expected me to know how everything works around the store. I never for any training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to train employees and treat them fairly.
